At age 62, my health was poor. With a huge amount of work, I lost 90 pounds and added 25 pounds of muscle. It took eight years! Please note that I didn't just change my body. I changed most everything! I could have done it sooner if I'd had some guidance.
Today, I'm 71 years old and I function as if I'm 45! Most importantly, I've reversed my functional age by 25 years!
I realized that there are countless people that are in the same situation I was in almost a decade ago. It's become my mission to help them do what I've done. I want to be their guide to living an amazing life, free from pain and illness!
To make this reality, I've studied the subject of the human body, aging and longevity, every day for a full five years. I'm also the founder of multiple health and longevity companies that help clients reverse their functional age!

I provide financial advisors and their clients with some difficult news...most of us will live longer than we planned for. Many people won't have saved anywhere near enough to survive, much less live comfortably.
I SPEAK to School Alumni Members
I help School Alumni Members learn about reverse functional aging. Their school provides this presentation with two goals. The first reason is to help their Alumni live longer and better than they otherwise would. The second reason is to give their Alumni a reason to increase donations to the school to educate students on how to live longer and avoid hurtful ageist behaviors.
